I am looking into filing a motion in my County /State court to vacate my foreclosure on the basis of "Unjust Enrichment", Fraud, Deceptive, Unlawful and unfair business practices, ect. and then file a State or Federal suit for damages and to be reimbursed for any windfall profit they make due to my demise.
