Homeowners must unite to be heard!
As the American Government squanders in search of answers to the unemployment & health care issues there are tens of thousands of homeowners waiting in limbo to be rescued. Don’t get me wrong unemployment and health care are important issues and need to be addressed but “hello” did you forget about us?
These homeowners are the byproduct of a program gone bad. A program designed to help homeowners stay in their homes. A program that was fed into the mouth of the mortgage crisis by President Obama only to be regurgitated into what is now a Foreclosure Crisis.
Now these same homeowners are sitting as prey waiting for the predator (the bank) to attack and no one is doing anything to stop it. Tens of thousands of home owners are trying diligently to save their homes like a weakened animal trying to escape. The banks… well they are hunched and ready to attack! Meanwhile the Government is acting as if they have taken care of the situation… think again Mr. President. In reality homeowners are being devoured by a program that was designed to help them. That’s right I am talking about the HAMP program.
If we include the millions of homeowners that are not in foreclosure, the ones who continue to lose equity in their home as a result of the current mortgage crisis, than we must say that every homeowner in the Nation should be standing up and screaming for attention from the Government. These homeowners are losing money as their equity is sucked out of their home every time a foreclosure hits their neighborhood and will continue to lose unless something is done to stop these banks from stealing homes.
It is time for every single homeowner to make some noise in Congress! A house (or in this case a Nation) divided against itself will never stand. If homeowners are going to kick their own buts by turning their back on this crippling crisis because they feel it does not affect them they are dead wrong! The fact that the Government is not looking into why the foreclosure crisis is not improving and not stepping in to stop these banks is a question that every homeowner should be asking. We should be uniting as a Nation and getting answers! Every single homeowner in this Country should be rattling the cages of Congress and making some noise in the media in an effort to save their American Dream from further ruin.
Together we will be heard!

But where is the actual note? In some warehouse somewhere? Make ‘em prove they own the debt they say you owe…..
Who gets the free house?
Would you believe that most all mortgages in the U.S. are worthless? It is true.
Could this actually be a Global Issue? You decide.
I would like to give you a couple of articles that will greatly enlighten you on the Mortgage crisis. You must understand these, as they are why we are in the mess we are with the banks. Check them out. Verify them. They are accurate and factually backed by law. You may find this to be a global issue?
I will be happy to talk about this further, if you choose to talk with me.
You can find more information, I recently posted on Scribd.com. Look for "Lost Candy Bar – The Scenario", and its companion graphic to see the big picture.

But where is the actual note?
Are you talking about the original note, or a note sign after the fact i.e. modification signature?
I received a modifcation only for 4 month. The same day they gave me the modification was the same day they put me in foreclosure. I followed and paid on time, then all of a sudden they stop the modification for no reason. Now I have to go to court this week. I will anticipate for them 'to produce the original note' and inquire if their representative is authorized to take my house or be here in court. My lawyer is not knowledgeable enough to represent me, but I can't seen to find one in New York city area or Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan. Do you have any input or referrals for a good lawyer to fight against Indy Mac Bank now One West Bank with a winning streak.
